  • Wheat flour - 100 gr.,
  • Vegetable oil (refined).

So, having prepared all the ingredients, you can start preparing zucchini stuffed with minced meat. Peel the onion. You will need it to prepare the meat filling. Cut it into small cubes.

Wash the zucchini. Use a knife to cut off the ends. After this, cut the zucchini into circles.

The thickness of the circles should be 2 cm. If you cut them thicker, they may not cook properly. That's why I recommend this size. Now you need to prepare them for stuffing. In other words, turn the circles into rings into which the minced meat will be placed.

It is very difficult to cut even circles with a knife, and the most convenient way to do this is with the help of a plastic bottle cap (no matter what size). Place the zucchini round on a cutting board. Place the lid in the center. Press down with your hand. Voila, the circle is ready. Thus, prepare all the remaining zucchini for stuffing.

Place minced pork in a bowl.

Add chopped onion to it. Season the meat filling with salt and pepper to your taste.

Mix the minced meat thoroughly with your hands.
