Beautiful color names list. Names of flowers and how to make an acrobet

July 13th, 2012 Natalya Zaitseva

I think flowers are one of the most beautiful and diverse adornments of our life. No celebration or manifestation of feelings can do without flowers. Coming out of the unpredictability of our life, I decided to make a list of the most popular flowers (this was helped by a social survey among my friends, and there were already 7 =)).

So, I present to you the names of the flowers and the corresponding photo. This will help you understand the classification of colors or just remember if you have forgotten.

This article can help a man with the choice of colors for his lover, especially if a specific order has been received. =) After all, I think that not one guy at one time was tormented by the question of what flowers to give to a girl (sister, wife, mother, daughter).

Names of flowers, flowers and flowers

Alstroemeria

Asters

Begonia

Cornflowers

Clove

Hyacinths

Gerberas

Gladiolus

Hydrangea

Delphinium

Jasmine

Iris and Iberis

Crocuses and calla lilies

Lilies and lotus

Poppies

Mimosa

(Yellow flowers of silver acacia, which are usually given on March 8, are often called mimosa, although in fact pink mimosa)

Daffodils

Orchids

Peonies

Snowdrops and Scilla

Roses

Juno

(another name is Iris of Bukhara, primrose)

Orchis

I intentionally picked up a list of colors in which the first letters of the names make up an almost complete alphabet. I could not find only some letters, for which either there are no flowers, or they are not used in bouquets, or it is difficult enough to get them.

All this was done with the aim that you could not only give your woman a bouquet, but also be very pleased to surprise her with your romance by giving acrobetwhich takes its roots from "Alexander bouquet".

The prefix "acro" from Greek means "extreme." That is, this bouquet should consist of such flowers, the first letters of the names of which will make up the name of the woman.

How to make such a bouquet? Very simple. For example, Natasha should give a bouquet of Narcissa Apage Tyulpan, Alstremeria, Lor ANDrice and Icockpit (you can make a bouquet for any form of name).

I hope that after this article some of my friends will stop calling absolutely all flowers sunflowers, and bouquets brooms. =)

P. S. In 1805, the Russian Emperor Alexander I (1777-1825), while in Germany, literally fascinated the locals.

According to the stories of S.P. Zhikharev, “... men run after him in droves, and women come up with different ways to prove their respect for him. So, in memory of his stay in Berlin, ladies introduced into fashion to wear bouquets called "Alexander", which are collected from flowers that make up the name ALEXANDER by the initial letters of their names.

Without these bouquets, no decent woman dares to appear in society, neither in the theater, nor in the outdoors. These are the flowers from which bouquets are made that differ only in size and value; large ones are worn on the chest, and small in the hair: Anemon (anemone), Lilie (lily), Eicheln (acorns), Xeranthemum (amaranth), Accazie (acacia), Nelke (clove), Drefaltigkeitsblume (funny eyes), Epheu (ivy) , Rose. ”

The program “In search of adventure” prompted me to write this article with Mikhail Kozhukhov, who in his story talked about how orchids are grown. The operator took many beautiful views, and I, stroking the queen of all colors, decided to search the Internet for interesting names of colors.

Orchid

This flower got its name from the words dendron and bios, which translates as "life on a tree." The program Kozhukhov told how to grow an orchid. First, under a microscope, in a sterile room, the flower bacterium is transplanted onto mashed carrots. Here, within 3 months, it ripens and a small stalk grows. It is transplanted with tweezers into a small container. And again, the orchid has been growing for several months. Then, the already formed stalk is transplanted into the incision of the tree bark, covered with moss and suspended on a rope. In this position, the orchid will live 3 years, and then pour, at the expiration of the term, adult plant transplanted into a pot and sold in flower shops.

Lantana

An interesting name that cannot be compared with anything, like the flower itself. It is original in that on one peduncle there are several small flowers of different colors at once. I think the readers remembered the copper coin. But, alas, this plant has only 2 colors, and lanthanum immediately up to 6 tones. In nature, there are 150 species of this flower.

Dicenter

A perennial herb known as the Broken Heart. There are more than 12 varieties of this flower. Each differs from each other not only in color, but also in shape. White, pink, yellow, violet, burgundy, red - all of them are beautiful in their own way. Propagated by division of bushes or cuttings.

Rudbeckia

It would seem that the usual Swedish name is no different from all other nomenclatures. But how do you like the name "Black-eyed Susanna"? This flower really looks like a mulatto with long eyelashes and chocolate skin color.

Hydrangea

The most famous flower in the world after a rose, named after the sister of the prince of the Holy Roman Empire. Plant has delicate flowers different color shades, resistant to temperature extremes. Propagated by cuttings, division of the bush and layering.

Outwardly, there are species of woody hydrangeas, artisanal and lianidid.

Aquilegia

Aquilegia is a decorative garden flower that is not whimsical to care for, but blooms for almost the entire season. The flower got its original name from the Latin words aqua and legere - to absorb water. In nature, there are 101 species. Propagated by both seed and cuttings.

Delphinium

The name of this perennial flower is associated with dolphins that plow the sea. 400 varieties of delphinium adorn the gardens of not only ordinary gardeners, but also royal palaces. Flowers up to 70 cm tall stand in the environment for a very long time, smell pleasantly and do not cause allergies.

Planting of any plant species is carried out in early spring or autumn by dividing the bush. The flower is not whimsical to care for, but loves drained soil.

Phlox

This is the flower of my childhood. I don’t know why, but I really liked this name, as well as the flower itself.

Phlox is a perennial culture beloved by gardeners for the duration of flowering and aroma. But, the plant is very capricious: if you don’t plant it that way, it won’t grow, you will dig deep into the root, it will develop poorly, if you don’t fertilize, it will refuse to bloom. Although, I tell you a secret, phlox bloom in any conditions, even without fertilizers and plentiful watering.

Belamkanda

The name of this plant is not remembered the first time, but the flower itself is very interesting. The leaves resemble the vegetation of iris and gladiolus, and the inflorescence ... I can’t even think of anything to compare. But, it should be noted that this extinct species of flowers gained its popularity and appreciation through the healing properties and the original flower, which blooms for several hours and dies. Gardeners use Belamanda for landscape design.

Nasturtium

Do you know this flower? I think many answered that not. But the name “Krasol” will revive memories and everyone will remember a beautiful and fragile bell-shaped flower that spreads on the ground to a length of 3 meters.

The plant is annual and sits with a seed, seedlings and dividing the bush. But, in the latter case, the probability of flowering nasturtium is quite small. The leaves of the flower are valuable, it is applied to wounds for disinfection and extraction of pus. The flowers themselves are very fragile and fade after the cut.
