Composition of the GOST working documentation specification. Equipment specification according to GOST. Execution of specifications for equipment, products and materials

Good day! I present to your attention specification of equipment, products and materials made in AutoCad in DWG format. This specification is made in accordance with Form 1 - GOST 21.110-2013 (current). This GOST has been adopted in all CIS countries except Ukraine.

Describe in detail how the specification should be filled out, for which sets of working drawings the specification should be drawn up, etc. I don’t see the need, you will find all the necessary information in GOSTs, which you can find in the archive provided. The purpose of this article is to provide ready-made specification forms for use.

In Ukraine, the regulatory document DSTU B A.2.4-10-95 (GOST 21.110-95) is in force. This GOST replaces: GOST 21.109-80, GOST 21.110-82, GOST 21.111-84. The equipment specification must be carried out in accordance with Form 1.

As we see, there are not too many cardinal differences. The size of the graph and the name have been slightly changed. Please note that these GOSTs allow you to modify the specification form, change dimensions, add additional columns (except for the dimensions of the main inscription column and additional columns to it) in accordance with enterprise standards.

The archive contains the given GOSTs, as well as specifications, made according to these GOSTs in dwg format.

This standard establishes the form and general rules for the implementation of specifications of equipment, products and materials as part of working documentation for the construction of facilities for various purposes.

Official publication

GOST 21.110-2013

4 General requirements

4.1 The specification of equipment, products and materials (hereinafter referred to as the specification) is drawn up in Form 1 for all main sets of working drawings, except for the main sets of working drawings of structural solutions (reinforced concrete, metal and wooden structures).

If the main set of working drawings of one brand is divided into several sets of the same brand, then a specification is drawn up for each of these sets.

It is allowed to modify the specification form, for example, to include additional columns in it, to change the size of the columns (except for the size of the columns of the main inscription and additional columns to it), in accordance with the requirements established in the standards of organizations.

It is allowed not to print horizontal lines delimiting specification lines, but it is necessary to maintain an interval of at least one printing digit between the texts of adjacent lines.

4.2 The specification is carried out on paper and/or in the form of an electronic document.

The specification in the form of an electronic document in the content part must have everything

data necessary for its output on information display media or on paper in accordance with the requirements of this standard.

4.3 The specification includes all equipment, materials and products provided for in the working drawings of the corresponding main set.

4.4 If an industrial building (structure) has attached or built-in parts in which auxiliary premises are located, then the specification is drawn up in parts, for example:

* production part;

Auxiliary part.

If a residential building has attached or built-in parts to accommodate enterprises and public institutions, then the specification is also drawn up in parts:

Residential part;

Auxiliary part.

4.5 The specification or its parts are usually compiled into sections and. if necessary, - subsections. Within each section (subsection), equipment, products and materials are placed into groups, and within groups - in ascending order of their main parameters (for example: type, brand, diameter, cross-section, overall dimensions, etc.).

The specific composition of sections and subsections of the specification and the sequence of recording equipment, products and materials in them are established in the standards of the System of Design Documentation for Construction (SG1DS) by type of construction and installation work.

The names of parts, sections and subsections are written in the column “Name and technical characteristics” in the form of a heading, symmetrical to the text, and underlined. In this case, the section and subsection headings should be separated from the text by an interval of one or two lines. The title may not be underlined.

4.6 The specification does not include certain types of products and materials, the nomenclature and quantity of which are determined by the construction and installation organization, based on current technological and production standards.

4.7 Indicate in the specification.

In the column "Pos." - positional designations* of equipment and products provided for in the working drawings of the corresponding main set;

In the column “Name and technical characteristics” - names of equipment, products, materials, their technical characteristics in accordance with the requirements of standards, technical specifications and other technical documentation, as well as other necessary information. When recording a material, indicate its symbol established in the standard or other regulatory document. Before the name of equipment, products and materials, indicate their serial number of entry in the specification (usually within the section).

The designator may be numeric or alphanumeric.

GOST 21.110-2013

In a specification made in electronic form, a horizontal line included in the designation of materials (rolled products, pipes, etc.). may be replaced with a slash (/);

In the column “Type. brand, designation of document, questionnaire” - type. brand of equipment, product, designation of a standard, technical specifications or other document, as well as designation of a questionnaire*, if the ordering procedure requires the preparation of questionnaires;

In the column “Product code” - the code of the product (equipment, product, material) according to the product classifier of the country that developed the working documentation**. If standards, technical specifications, catalogs and other documents for products do not contain information on product codes, then this column is not filled in;

In the “Supplier” column - the name (address) of the manufacturer or supplier of the equipment (for imported equipment - country, company);

In the column “Unit. measurement" - designation of the unit of measurement;

In the column "Count." - quantity of equipment, products, materials;

In the column “Weight of 1 unit. kg” - the mass of a unit of equipment, product in kilograms. It is allowed to indicate the weight in tons for heavy equipment. For equipment or products weighing up to 25 kg that do not require the use of lifting vehicles during installation, the column may not be filled in;

In the “Note” column there is additional information.

4.8 In the specification, when recording equipment and individually manufactured products, the columns “Type, brand, designation of document, questionnaire” and “Product code” are not filled in, and in the column “Weight of 1 unit kg” the approximate weight of a unit of equipment is indicated.

4.9 When using imported equipment, products and materials, they are recorded with the names and designations contained in the accompanying technical documentation (delivery documents).

It is allowed to simultaneously indicate authentic designations and names in Russian

* The forms of questionnaires are established by the manufacturer of the equipment or product.

** Product codes according to product classifiers of other countries are not indicated.

4.10 Specifications of equipment, products and materials are assigned a designation consisting of the designation of the corresponding main set of working drawings in accordance with GOST 21.101 and through the code point “SO”.

Example - 2345-11-TX.SO, 2345-11-OV.SO, 2345-11-ATKH1.SO

4.11 The first sheet of the specification is the title page, made according to form 15* GOST 21.101 on an A4 sheet.

Specification sheets are prepared with the following basic inscriptions:

Capital** - according to form 5 GOST 21.101;

Subsequent ones - according to form 6 GOST 21.101.

A title page is allowed but fulfilled. In this case, the first sheet of the specification is drawn up with the main inscription according to Form 3 GOST 21.101.

4.12 On the title page the name of the specification is given indicating the name of the corresponding main set of working drawings.

1 Specification of equipment, products and materials for architectural solutions.

2 Specification of equipment, products and materials for external water supply and sewerage networks.

The name of the document on the title block on the title (first) sheet may be abbreviated as: “Specification of equipment, products and materials.”

4.13 The specification of equipment, products and materials is recorded in the “Attached Documents” section of the list of reference and attached documents, which is included in the general data on the working drawings of the corresponding main set.
