We will need:

  • zucchini – 2 pcs.
  • carrots – 1 piece (large)
  • chicken breast – 1 piece
  • hard cheese – 300 – 400 gr

Preparation:

1. Cut the washed zucchini or zucchini into thin long slices, approximately 0.3 - 0.4 cm thick. It is better to take juicy young vegetables.

It is important to bring them to such a state that they can be rolled into a roll.


4. Excess oil from frying can be left on a napkin by simply placing the fried plates on it.

5. While we fry our vegetables in several batches, we can prepare the filling at the same time. It is advisable to punch the cottage cheese with a blender, or crush it with a masher. As a last resort, mash with a fork. This way the curd mass will be felt more harmoniously in the snack.

6. Bell peppers, preferably brightly colored ones, cut into very small cubes.


7. Chop the greens. I used parsley and dill, but you can use basil and cilantro if you respect these fragrant herbs. And also pass the garlic through a press. Place everything in one bowl and top with sour cream.
